Section 12VAC5-460-40 - Water supplies

All water used in swimming pools shall be from sources that are approved by the State Health Commissioner. No sewage or wastewater shall be allowed to enter the swimming pool water system. No water from the swimming pool shall be allowed to enter the make-up water supply.
