Section 12VAC5-460-100 - Steps and ladders

All ladders, steps, and handrails required by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (13VAC5-63) shall be properly maintained and in operable condition. Nonslip finishes shall be maintained on all pool steps, ladders, or other means of ingress or egress.
