Section 12VAC5-230-680 - Adding or expanding mobile lithotripsy servicesA. Proposals for mobile lithotripsy services should demonstrate that, for the relevant reporting period, at least 125 procedures were performed and that the proposed mobile unit will not reduce the utilization of existing machines in the health planning region.B. Proposals to convert a mobile lithotripsy service to a fixed site lithotripsy service should demonstrate that, for the relevant reporting period, at least 430 procedures were performed and the proposed conversion will not reduce the utilization of existing providers in the health planning district.12 Va.
