Section 1VAC75-20-120 - Reports by State Treasurer

The State Treasurer shall make available to public depositors and their auditors reports of compliance irregularities of public depositories including undercollateralization and repeated late filings of required compliance reports. The Treasury Board shall be notified of compliance irregularities during the board's regularly scheduled meetings.
