Section 14 054 002 - RULE NO. 2: FORMAL AND INFORMAL PROCEEDINGS

The following types of proceedings will be treated as formal proceedings:

a. Proceedings wherein the determination of the Council is required to be made after an opportunity for a hearing.

b. Rule making proceedings initiated by the Council in accordance with 3 V.S.A. Section 836-848.

All other petitions, applications, submissions, requests, etc. will be treated as informal proceedings.
