Section R993-200-205 - Individuals with DisabilitiesAn individual with a disability means an individual who:
(1) has a physical or mental impairment which for that individual constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment;(2) can benefit in terms of an employment outcome from receiving vocational rehabilitation services; and(3) requires vocational rehabilitation services to prepare for, enter, engage in or retain gainful employment.Utah Admin.
