Section R990-300-2 - Purpose(1) Pursuant to Subsection 35A-8-803(1), the division will:(a) advise political subdivisions of serious housing problems existing within their jurisdiction that require concerted public action for solution;(b) assist political subdivisions in defining housing objectives and preparing for adoption of a five-year action plan designed to accomplish housing objectives within their jurisdiction; and(c) establish and maintain a database of moderate income housing units located within the state.(2) For reporting entities, the division will:(a) assist in the creation of moderate income housing reports; and(b) review the reports for compliance with Sections 10-9a-408 and 17-27a-408.Utah Admin.
