Section R990-300-10 - Period of Noncompliance(1) If a reporting entity's moderate income housing report is noncompliant and the entity is ineligible for the funds as provided in Sections 10-9a-408 and 17-27a-408 and this rule, the entity's next opportunity to submit a compliant report will be during the next reporting cycle, which begins on May 1.(2) A reporting entity described in Subsection (1) will remain in noncompliant status until: (a) the reporting entity submits a moderate income housing report during the next reporting period for review by the division; and(b)(i) the division issues a notice of compliance; or(ii) the appeal board determines the report is compliant.Utah Admin.
