Section R990-101-8 - Monitoring(1) SCSO will monitor Qualified Agency claims and may conduct one or more site visits to inspect any record supporting the claim being made. SCSO may also review financial records to determine that distributions received are expended in accordance with Section 35A-8-1009(8) and Section R990-101-3.(2) A Qualified Agency shall provide all information requested by SCSO and shall make any record available, upon reasonable notice, for monitoring.Utah Admin.
