Section R986-600-608 - Eligibility Requirements, General Definition(1) Basic career services are available to all clients. There are no eligibility requirements for basic career services offered by the Department.(2) Eligibility requirements for individualized career services, may be determined before an adult, youth, or dislocated worker can receive services.(3) Eligibility requirements for training and follow-up services must be determined before an adult, youth or dislocated worker can receive services.(4) A client is required to sign and date the training program agreement for the program in which he or she is enrolled.Utah Admin.
