Section R986-100-102 - Scope(1) These rules establish standards for the administration of the following programs, for the collection of overpayments as defined in 35A-3-602(7) and/or disqualifications from any public assistance program provided under a state or federally funded benefit program; (a) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)(b) Family Employment Program (FEP)(c) Family Employment Program Two Parent (FEPTP)(d) Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP)(e) Working Toward Employment (WTE)(f) General Assistance (GA)(g) Child Care Assistance (CC)(h) Emergency Assistance Program (EA)(i) Adoption Assistance Program (AA)(j) Activities funded with TANF monies(2) The rules in the 100 section (R986-100 et seq.) apply to all programs listed above unless a more specific rule applies. Additional rules which apply to each specific program can be found in the section number assigned for that program. Nothing in R986 et seq. is intended to apply to Unemployment Insurance.Utah Admin.
