Section R966-1-44 - Verified Report of Property(1) If a person does not file a report required by Section 67-4a-401 of the Act or the administrator believes that a person may have filed an inaccurate, incomplete, or false report, the administrator may require the person to file a verified report in a form prescribed by the administrator.(2) The verified report must: (a) State whether the person is holding property reportable under this Act;(b) Describe property not previously reported or about which the administrator has inquired;(c) Specifically identify property. about which there is a dispute whether it is reportable under the Act; and(d) State the amount or value of the property.(3) A verified report must otherwise comply with the requirements of Section 67-4a-402 of the Act.Utah Admin.
