Section R926-10-12 - Award(1) There is no requirement that a tollway development agreement be awarded. If the Commission approves award, a contract shall be executed and notice given to the successful proposer to proceed with the work.(2) The Department reserves the right to cancel the award of any tollway development agreement at any time prior to execution of the agreement by all parties, with no liability against the Department, the Commission, their agents, or the State.Utah Admin.
