Section R920-50-12 - Operation of Ropeways(1) Each passenger ropeway incident must be reported to the Committee regardless of the time of year in which it occurs and regardless of whether the ropeway was open to the public at the time of the incident. The operator must meet the requirements stated in Section R920-50-14.(2) If a ropeway is modified the ropeway operator must notify the Committee, or its appointed representative.
