Section R914-2-4 - Issuance of Special Licenses for Aircraft Landing on Roads(1) Licenses will be issued only to those showing specific need to use roads for aircraft operations in order to accomplish a required service.(2) The applicant will be required to show proof of insurance pursuant to Section 72-10-117.
