Section R909-2-37 - Annual Review of Permit Regulations and Conditions(1) During a Motor Carrier Advisory Board meeting, the board will review permit conditions and regulations as needed.(2) Motor Carrier Advisory Board meetings provide a forum for interested parties to provide evidence to support or challenge regulation or permit condition modification.(3) Interested parties must notify the division of these issues by March 1st of each year to ensure placement on the agenda.Utah Admin.
