Section R909-19-14 - Police Generated Towing Fee Calculation(1) Tows dispatched during business hours: Tow time shall be calculated from dispatch time to completion of tow service.(2) Tows dispatched after business hours: Tow time shall be calculated from dispatch time to completion of tow service and return to dispatch location. Time to return to the dispatch location may not exceed the allowed rotation response time.(3) Time charged shall be to the nearest fifteen-minute increment.(4) Charges may not extend to include the towing notice requirement period pursuant to Subsections 72-9-603(1)(a)(i) and 41-6a-1406(4)(a)(ii).Utah Admin.
