Section R940-7-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) Sections 72-2-117(6)(f) and 72-2-117(9)(a) authorize the Utah Transportation Commission to establish this rule. The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for: (a) the Utah Department of Transportation to apply for fund money;(b) the Utah Transportation Commission to award fund money;(c) repayment conditions; and(d) creating a corridor preservation advisory council.Utah Admin.
