Section R895-4-7 - Rule Compliance Management(1) A state executive branch agency executive director, or designee, upon becoming aware of a violation of this rule, shall enforce the rule.(2) The CIO may, where appropriate, monitor compliance and report to the executive director any findings or violations of this rule.(3) The CIO may further enforce this rule by requesting that the entity responsible for providing identifier mapping withhold or remove the offending TLD from state production servers.Utah Admin.
