Section R856-1-12 - Funding Distribution(1) Expenses for each milestone will be reimbursed upon successful completion of that milestone, as outlined in the contract.(2) Specific funding details will be provided in the program announcement and in each TAP grant contract.(3) Failure to successfully complete the milestones may result in a recapture of all or part of the grant funding and will be grounds to terminate the contract and any future funding.Utah Admin.
