Section R850-90-500 - Determination for the Exchange of Trust Lands1. The agency shall choose the successful applicant by conducting a market analysis pursuant to R850-80-500(2) on each option for which an application has been received. The determination as to which application will be approved shall be based on R850-80-500(3) and R850-90-200(2).2. The successful applicant shall be charged an amount equal to all appraisal and advertisement costs. All monies, except application fees, tendered by unsuccessful applicants will be refunded.3. The director may approve the exchange when the criteria specified in R850-90-200 have been satisfied.4.
