Trust land on which a grazing permit has been terminated and which is ineligible for reinstatement pursuant to Subsection R850-5-500(1)(c) may be advertised as available pursuant to Subsection R850-50-400(2). If the agency does not advertise the property, the person previously holding the permit may apply for a new permit by submitting an application and any applicable fees.
