Section R850-41-500 - Application Procedures1. A person seeking a right of entry permit must submit an application to the agency, either in paper or electronic form.2. The agency may deny a right of entry permit application for any reason.3. The applicant shall pay all amounts due at the time of execution of the permit prior to the agency issuing the permit.4.
