Section R850-30-550 - Lease Determination ProceduresThe agency may not lease trust lands when leasing:
1. would be inconsistent with board policy or would not be in the best interest of the trust beneficiaries;2. would create significant obstacles to future mineral development; or3. would foreclose future development or management options that would likely result in greater long term economic benefit.Utah Admin.
