Section R850-21-400 - Availability of Lands for Lease Issuance1. A lease shall not be issued for lands comprising less than a quarter-quarter section or surveyed lot, unless the land the agency owns is less than the whole of a quarter-quarter section or surveyed lot, in which case the lease will be issued only on the entire area owned by the agency.2. Leases shall be limited to no more than 2560 acres or four sections and must all be located within the same township and range, unless a waiver is approved by the director.Utah Admin.
