Section R746-1-705 - Exhibits Offered at Hearing(1) Parties shall: (a) mark their exhibits before hearing;(b) provide the original of each exhibit to the court reporter, if applicable; and(c) provide a copy of each exhibit to: (i) the presiding officer; and(2) If an exhibit offered at hearing contains information claimed to be confidential or highly confidential, the party offering the exhibit shall comply with Subsection R746-1-605.Utah Admin.
