Section R746-1-111 - Minutes of Open Meetings(1) The Commission's written decision or order issued after the hearing held in a docket shall constitute its approved minutes for purposes of the Open and Public Meetings Act.(2) The hearing transcript may augment the Commission's approved minutes to clarify any requirement of Utah Code Ann.
