Section R911-5-1402 - [Effective until 4/3/2025] Reconsideration(1) A respondent may file a written request for reconsideration of the board's final order within 20 days after receiving the board's final order in accordance with Section 63G-4-302.(2) If the bureau does not issue an amended order within 20 days after receiving the request for reconsideration, the request for reconsideration shall be considered denied.Utah Admin.
