Section R911-5-100 - Authority and Purpose(1) Authority for this rule is found in Title 53, Chapter 2d, Emergency Medical Services Act.(2) The purpose of this rule is to:(a) describe requirements for training, certification, endorsements, and licensing of individuals who provide emergency medical services; and(b) provide uniform minimum standards to be met by those providing emergency medical services within the state.Utah Admin.
