Section R911-3-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized under Subsection 53-2d-103(1)(e).(2) The purpose of this rule is to set forth ground ambulance policies, rules, and standards adopted by the Utah Emergency Medical Services Committee created in Section 53-2d-104, which promotes and protects the health and safety of the people of this state.Utah Admin.
