Section R911-2-100 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is established under Title 53, Chapter 2d, Emergency Medical Services Act. It describes types of providers that require a designation, the application process for obtaining a designation and minimum designation requirements.(2) The rule also establishes criteria for critical incident stress management and the process for quality assurance reviews.Utah Admin.
