Section R911-10-5 - Exceptions to Air Ambulance Provider LicensureThis rule does not apply to the following:
(1) an entity providing air ambulance services operated by an agency of the United States Government;(2) services that provide rescue and evacuation equipment and aircraft owned and operated by a governmental entity other than one that includes transporting patients by air ambulance in its primary role and receives payment for such services; and(3) evacuation and rescue equipment used and owned by the Department of Public Safety in air, ground, or water evacuation.Utah Admin.
