Section R911-10-15 - Temporary Air Ambulance Use(1) An air ambulance provider shall notify the department when a permitted air ambulance is removed from service or is replaced with a substitute air ambulance.(2) Upon receipt of notification, the department may issue a temporary permit for the operation of the air ambulance.Utah Admin.
