Section R728-409-16 - Judicial Review(1) A respondent may obtain judicial review of the council's action by filing a petition for judicial review with the Utah Court of Appeals within 30 days after the date that the final order is issued by the council chairperson.(2) The petition must meet requirements specified in Sections 63G-4-401 and 63G-4-403.Utah Admin.
