Section R714-562-9 - Method and Formula for Determining a Grant AmountThe committee shall award grant funding to law enforcement agencies based on the criteria included in the application in an amount not to exceed:
(1) for an agency that employs 49 officers or less, $15,700;(2) for an agency that employs between 50 and 99 officers, $18,700;(3) for an agency that employs between 100 and 149 officers, $20,700;(4) for an agency that employs between 150 and 249 officers, $23,700;(5) for an agency that employs between 250 and 349 officers, $27,700; and(6) for an agency that employs 350 or more officers, $31,700.Utah Admin.
