Section R714-562-3 - Definitions(1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 53-14-201.(2) In addition: (a) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Public Safety;(b) "committee" means the Early Intervention System Grant Program Committee established under this rule;(c) "department" means the Department of Public Safety; and(d) "law enforcement agency" means the same as defined in Section 53-1-102.Utah Admin.
