Section R714-161-18 - Off-Highway Motorcycle(1) An off-highway motorcycle may be inspected provided that it has been modified to be street legal.(2) An off-highway motorcycle that has been modified to be street legal is subject to the same vehicle standards in this Rule.Utah Admin. Code R714-161-18
