Section R708-35-4 - Designations(1) In compliance with Section 63G-4-202, the division has designated any division non-alcohol or drug adjudicative proceeding as informal.(2) A division supervisor may convert an informal proceeding to a formal proceeding if the conversion will promote efficiency, public safety, and not unreasonably increase cost.(3) The driver may represent themselves or be represented by a Utah state licensed attorney in the adjudicative proceeding.Utah Admin.
