Section R708-30-9 - Courses(1) Course curriculum will be conducted in accordance with this rule. The division may provide supplemental instruction as necessary. Such instruction may include information on course content, practice riding, instructor and administrative procedures and/or changes.(2) Courses shall be conducted at locations approved by the division.(3) Courses shall be conducted using division approved content, forms, scoring procedures and equipment.(4) Courses conducted by mobile teams at remote sites and branches shall be held to the same standards as required at permanent locations.Utah Admin.
