Section R698-4-7 - Verification of Compliance with Terms of Probation(1) When a private law enforcement agency is placed on probation, or an existing probation period is extended, as authorized under Title 53, Chapter 19, Certification of Private Law Enforcement Agency, the commissioner shall provide the private law enforcement agency with the terms of probation in writing. Thereafter, the commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall meet with the private law enforcement agency periodically to ensure compliance with the terms of probation.(2) The commissioner or the commissioner's designee may conduct interviews, and may request records in accordance with Section R698-4-5 that are related to the terms of the probation, to verify compliance with the terms of probation.Utah Admin.
