Section R698-13-20 - Final Order(1) After the ALJ has decided the matter, the commissioner shall issue a final order within 30 days of the hearing.(2) The final order shall state the action taken by the commissioner with regard to the school's occupancy permit and shall include information on the appeal process.(3) The action shall be effective on the date that the final order is signed by the commissioner.Utah Admin.
