Section R698-13-15 - Procedures Governing Formal Adjudicative Proceedings(1) The commissioner or designee shall begin an agency action to revoke or deny a school's occupancy permit for a building if the building does not meet the standards established in this rule or the building remains non-compliant with the established standards after consultation with the local governing board.(2) Any adjudicative proceeding initiated by the commissioner or designee to revoke or deny a school's occupancy permit shall be a formal proceeding as provided by Section 63G-4-202.(3) Any adjudicative proceeding initiated by the commissioner or designee to revoke or deny a school's occupancy permit shall be commenced by filing of a Notice of Agency Action.Utah Admin.
