Section R657-62-6 - Applications(1)(a) Applications are available at the division's internet address, and must be completed and submitted online by the date prescribed in the respective guidebook of the Wildlife Board.(b) The permit fees and handling fees must be paid with a valid debit or credit card.(c) Any license, permit or certificate of registration issued to a person is invalid where full payment is not remitted to and received by the division.(d) A person who applies for or obtains a permit or certificate of registration must notify the division of any change in mailing address, residency, telephone number, email address, and physical description.Utah Admin.
