Section R657-62-15 - Waiting Periods for Permits Obtained After the Drawing(1) Waiting periods do not apply to the purchase of remaining permits sold over the counter except as provided in Section 2.(2) Waiting periods are incurred as a result of purchasing remaining permits after the drawing.
