Section R657-60-12 - Penalty for Violation(1) Except as provided in Section 23-27-306, a violation of any provision of this rule is punishable as provided in Section 23-13-11.(2) A violation of any provision of a closure order issued under Section R657-60-8 or a control plan created under Section R657-60-9 is punishable as a criminal infraction as provided in Section 23-13-11.Utah Admin.
