Section R657-60-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The purpose of this rule is to define procedures and regulations designed to prevent and control the spread of aquatic invasive species within Utah.(2) This rule is promulgated pursuant to authority granted to the Wildlife Board in Sections 23-27-401, 23-14-18, and 23-14-19.Utah Admin.
