Section R657-57-8 - Division Review of Variance Applications(1) The Division will: (a) review variance applications submitted pursuant to this rule;(b) determine facts relative to variance requests;(c) apply the provisions of this rule to relevant facts; and(d) grant or deny variance requests in accordance with this rule.(2) Any variance request granted or denied shall be reviewed and approved by the Division director/designee before notice of decision is provided to the variance request applicant.Utah Admin.
