Section R657-56-15 - Effective Date and Prior WIA Lease Agreements(1) Amendments to this rule do not invalidate the terms of a valid WIA lease agreement, unless those terms are otherwise unlawful or unenforceable.(2) Renewal of a WIA lease is contingent upon the private landowner agreeing and complying with the rule's terms in effect at the time the WIA lease renewal is executed.Utah Admin.
