Section R657-53-23 - Violations; Suspension and Revocation(1) Any violation of this rule is a class C misdemeanor, as provided in Section 23-13-11.(2) Nothing in this rule shall be construed to supersede any provision of Title 23, Wildlife Resources Code of Utah which establishes a penalty greater than a class C misdemeanor. Any provision of this rule which overlaps a provision of that title is intended only as a clarification or to provide greater specificity needed for the administration of the provisions of this rule.(3) A wildlife document issued pursuant to this rule may be suspended or revoked consistent with Section 23-19-19.
