Section R657-52-19 - Violations(1) The penalty for any violation of this rule is a class C misdemeanor as provided in Section 23-13- 11(2).(2) Any violation of, or failure to comply with the provisions of this rule, any requirement contained in a certificate of registration issued pursuant to this rule, any Wildlife Board Order, or any statute related to the harvesting, possession or transfer of brine shrimp or brine shrimp eggs may be grounds for revocation, suspension or denial of future certificates of registration as determined by a division hearing officer.Utah Admin.
